This software was made to solve a problem many people face and is intended to
be used free of charge. Please respect this. If you would like to provide
feedback or make suggestions for improvement please visit our forums at
http://www.bxstudio.com/phpBB3. All change log documentation as well as newer versions
are kept on our site.

Guide for use of The Software:

V1.0.0 of The Software will allow the end user to print every file on and below a root
directory. For example, if you specify C:\ as the root directory, The Software will print
any and all supported documents found on Drive C.

Steps to Print:
1. Input choosen root directory under "Starting Folder Path"
2. Click Query Folders
3. Once Folder names have populated the "Available Folders" list you may choose any or all
folders by clicking each name respectively or by clicking "Select All."
4. Specify which file types you would like to number or print by clicking checkboxes.
(V1.0.0 only prints word and excel other file types are listed as they can be numbered and will
print in future versions)
5. Click Query Files
6. Click Print. Please do not interrupt the machines work as this will cause The Software
to encounter errors.

The Software also contains functionality to incrementally number all files that it finds and
maintain this numbering based on file name. BEWARE: If you run this sequence at the root of
a drive it WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE ALL NAMES OF THE FILES IT FINDS TO INCLUDE A NUMBER VALUE.
For example, 4 files exist within folder C:\Test and are named:

File1.doc
file2.docx
file3.xls
file4.log

Currently The Software only supports numbering Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and TXT files and
would change the above folder of file
to:

[1]File1.doc
[2]File2.docx
[3]File3.xls
Fiel4.log

Number Master VS Number Sub

Number Master will incrementally number all selected files and save the information for use in
numbering other files with same names.

Number Sub will only incrementally number files that have been numbered through the Number master
process and have the exact same name.

For example, I have 30 files that are templates for multiple business to use. Each business fills
out the templates and saves them under the exact same file name. We would like to number the
master templates and then subsequently number each business's templates with matching numbers.

The process would be as follows:

Follow steps 1-5 of the "Steps to Print" process

6. Click Number Master
7. Process will complete and all specified files' names will be changed.

The Master templates are now numbered. To number each businesses copy of the templates you would do
the following:

Cut the existing master templates from their current directory into a completely seperate location.
(Can NOT be a folder within the current directory, must reside outside)
Copy and Paste the Businesses version of the templates into this directory.
Run The Software up until step 5 of the "Steps to Print" process.
6. Click Number Sub
7. Process will complete and all specefied files' names will be changed as long as they match a
file name in the master list.

This readme / license / guide will be changing a lot as I am sure it is not the easiest to follow.

Any and all help rewritting it would be greatly appreciated and can be posted at our forums.

Thanks,
